Six Nations Grand River Development Corporation made a $935 donation to the Six Nations Food Bank from money they raised during Community Awareness Week.

Communications officer Tabitha Curley said the organization wanted to do something to support the food bank during the summer months when donations tend to decrease.

Money was raised by Six Nations Elected Council Administration, Tourism, Six Nations Bingo, Aecon Six Nations and the Our Sustenance Program.
