Berries contaminated with Hepatitis A sold at Costco stores in Ontario

A warning has been issued across Eastern Canada that frozen berries purchaseed at Costco may have been contaminated with Hepatitis A.
Packages of Nature’s Touch Organic Berry Cherry Blend were sold at Costco stores in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador between December 11, 2015 and April 15, 2016.
Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health is advising anyone who consumed the berries int he last 14 days to get a Hepatitis A vaccination as soon as possible.
To date, 13 cases of hepatitis A linked to this recall have been reported in Canada, 10 of which have been reported in Ontario.
