First Nations leadership offended by PM, premieres at meeting on climate change

Chief Allan Adams of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation stormed out of the climate change meeting with Justin Trudeau and provincial premiers in Vancouver yesterday.
Adams said the meeting did not discuss environmental protection initiatives but instead focused on economic development and transitioning Canada toward a green economy.
Several Indigenous leaders were invited to attend the meeting to provide feedback on how to cope with the crisis of climate change in Canada.
However those leaders present all shared frustrations that they were not given time to speak.
