OPP say police in Oneida have uncovered human remains.
Forensic investigators are working to identify the find but have confirmed it is human remains.
Police were recently searching that area for an SUV with front end damage possibly connected to the murder investigation of Douglas Hill.
Hill went missing in late June.
So far four people have been charged in connection with his death.
Police have charged two Six Nations residents with manslaughter in the death of a toddler earlier this year.
Three year old Torrence VanEvery died in hospital after being found unresponsive in a Mohawk Road home.
Police have charged 25 year old Madeline Lee Froman and 27 year old John Paul SmokeJr. both of Six Nations.
Six Nation Police Chief Glenn Lickers said the incident was traumatic for both investigators and community members.
