Grand Erie vice-principal arrested, charged with voyeurism
A Grand Erie School Board vice-principal appeared in Brantford court last Thursday for a bail hearing after he was arrested and charged with adult voyeurism.
School maintenance workers for Grand Erie found a small digital camera hidden in the ceiling tiles of the staff washroom at James Hillier Public School in Brantford.
Thirty-three-year-old Brent Lawrence Hachborn, vice-principal at St. George-German Public School and Burford District Elementary School, is facing one charge of adult voyeurism.
Hachborn’s home computer and other electronic devices have also been seized. Police believe more images and more charges are likely to follow.
Grand Erie Superintendent of Education, Liana Thompson said she was upset by the incident but confirmed there have been no children involved in the case.
